* To be injected into cross country petroleum pipelines transporting Motor Spirit (Petrol), Superior Kerosene Oil (SKO), High Speed Diesel Oil (HSD), Light Diesel Oil (LDO),Naphtha etc. to prevent internal corrosion of the pipeline.

 PREQUALIFICATIONS:

Intending Tenderer shall meet the criteria as per column 8 and 9 above in any of the three years and shall submit

• Catalogue and Literature
• Supply Record
• Documentary proof in support of the annual turnover and Single Order Value for similar item without which tender documents will not be issued.

On all working days upto 3.00 P.M. on payment of Tender Fees for each Tender (non-refundable) of US Dollar 50 (for foreign bidders) and Rs. 2,000/- ( for indigenous Bidders) in the form of Demand Draft only from Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., (Pipelines Division) payable at Noida / New Delhi. IOCL will not be responsible for non-receipt / late receipt or loss of tender documents / offers in transit. Tender issuing authority reserves the right to refuse issue of tender documents to any party without assigning any reason thereof.

Tender documents will be issued free on request to PSUs of Govt. of India and SSI Units having valid NSIC Regn. Certificate for the item. The above Units shall be exempted from payment of EMDs also.Last date for sale of tender forms is indicated below. Tenders must be accompanied by Earnest Money in cash or Demand draft failing which it will be treated as invalid. HZL reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons.
